If you would like a chaperone during your treatment, please inform the team in advance of your appointment so that one can be arranged for you.

Our light and spacious consulting room is based in the Boathouse Surgery. We have 3 individual and curtained treatment areas and a large gym area. A separate treatment room is available if you feel you need a more private space. Please let us know when booking if you require a separate room. *Please note the room may not be available if not booked in advance*

Our patients are welcome to use the large car park within the Boathouse Surgery grounds. There are also two pay and display car parks within 200yards of the practice.

Our patients waiting area is upstairs away from the main GP Reception. There is a lift available for our less-mobile patients. Please ask the GP Reception if you need any assistance when you book in.

We accept Cash, Cards, Cheques and Gift Vouchers are available.

We are pleased to be able to offer sports massage within the practice. Our Masseuse is available every Tuesday afternoon. Please see Pricing or contact us for more details.

For private patients who cannot get to the surgery we can offer home visits at an extra charge. Please contact us for more details.
